My favorite scene is the kissing scene in Bella's bedroom, of course. Out of all three movies, it is still my favorite and my favorite line from that scene is "Don't move." Still makes my heart go crazy even after seeing that movie at least 100 times. And I love Edward's reaction after their lips first touch - look at the way his mouth/face twitches.

My Favorite part is Bella's first day of school, in the cafeteria, when the Cullens first arrive. I love the way she stares and looks at him and then once he sits at the table with his family I love the he looks back at her. Priceless.
